Are you an enthusiastic individual ready to embark on a HR career, working for a Local Charity. We are thrilled to offer this apprenticeship and an exciting opportunity to learn the variety of aspects of HR, whilst gaining a Level 3 CIPD HR qualification. As Human Resources Apprentice, you will be supporting the HR team in providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business regarding all HR-related administrative tasks.

You will provide administrative support (including, but not limited to; processing new starter and leaver paperwork, administering the HR database, creating reports, arranging meetings etc for all elements of our people processes. You will also be involved the Longfields Recruitment and Selection and Learning and Development.

Longfield is a community hospice charity, in a beautiful setting near Stroud. We believe that everyone touched by a life-limiting illness in Gloucestershire should benefit from free hospice care. We support people to live well after diagnosis through a range of day services for them and their loved ones and, when the time comes, we provide hospice at home care, enabling them to have the choice of dying in the comfort of their own home. We also provide support to their families and carers, including bereavement counselling.
