Hunter Selection is collaborating with a prominent manufacturer known for its exceptional product quality. With a robust order book and expansion into various export markets, they are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to enhance their HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to drive HR initiatives and strategies.
- Lead recruitment efforts, succession planning, and manage complex HR cases.
- Work alongside the broader HR team to assess and enhance service delivery, implementing business improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding resourcing policies and procedures.
- Facilitate the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics sectors.
- Familiarity with a wide range of HR and legislative matters.
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification.
- Experience in overseeing and supporting an HR team within a unionized environment.
Benefits Overview:
Salary - £50,000 - £58,000 + additional benefits.
