Role Purpose:
To provide consistent, compliant, and commercially focused employee and industrial relations support to the business through building excellent partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

Key Accountabilities:

- Monitor SLA’s and drive service improvement and development
- Drive and establish best practice and maintenance of ER/IR programmes that promote the best employment practices and ensure the HR community as well as line managers receive the best ER support and guidance available
- Establish a policy framework for governance and review of internal policies, which assesses their suitability and effectiveness in supporting change management strategies and organisation design
- Provide operational HR teams with a strong ER service by delivering quality and commercially viable Employee Relations advice
- Coach and drive high levels of consistency by working with non-HR and operationally focused managers across ER solutions to enhance management and labour knowledge on IR related issues.Demonstrate through LMF focus
- Develop and implement an industrial relations strategy for Greencore Group which develops relationships and consistency of approach with trade Unions
- Design and lead an annual calendar of pro-active engagement with relevant trade union forums to enhance the IR climate in the business
