**Title: Customer Care Administrator**:
- Permanent (Full time)
**Salary**: £19k-£20k per annum
Our client based in **Harlow** are seeking a **Customer Care Administrator** to join their team on a **Permanent** basis. You would be supporting the Customer Care Team by dealing with enquiries from customers, and internal departments within the business, in line with the KPI's set by your line manager.
**Duties**:
- Manage and filter the department inboxes
- Acknowledge and record complaints
- Progress all enquiries in a timely manner
- Report any breaches of data protection requirements, whether your own or others, immediately to line manager
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties as requested by Management
