If you were to join us as a Personal Assistant, your key responsibility would be to support our Directors by providing the following:

- Carrying out regular research to ensure that the company operates efficiently, whilst remaining cost effective at all times.
- Arranging meetings and managing calendar entries.
- Recording meeting notes, drafting minutes, and distributing them to all attendees.
- Liaising with other members of staff and external parties, including suppliers and utility providers.
- Arranging relevant training/courses for individual members of staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven record in a PA role is a must, with a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Experience researching different sectors of business including funding and finance grants; tax, rates and premises; importing; sustainability and social responsibility; tendering and the supply chain.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly-motivated self-starter, with a positive, professional attitude.
- Strong work ethic, and critical attention to detail.
- Evidence of strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
- Ability to prioritise your own workload.
- Well versed in IT skills.
- Must have good attention to detail.
