Senior Client Relationship Executive

A leading City law firm is looking for a Senior Client Relationship Executive to join a hardworking and robust team who deal with a full spectrum of tasks including tenders, bids and proposals, seminars and events, digital marketing, press and PR and variousmarketing initiatives.
The successful applicant will be based in the firm's London office and will enjoy a hybrid working model offering a mix of office-based and remote working. The role will predominantly be internal-facing but will involve elements of client-facing interactionand will suit an energetic, driven and focused individual with the ability to quickly establish rapport and manage internal and external relationships. The Senior Client Relationship Executive will support the firm's dedicated Client Relationship Partnersto ensure successful on-boarding of clients, their transition to active users of the firm's services and overall framework management to ensure the continuous provision of excellent service. You will be the primary point of contact for post-award activity,including finalising framework agreements, exchanging key contacts and organising introductory meetings with client teams, and will support the development of effective working relationships between clients and internal teams to drive growth and increase thelifetime value of frameworks. Working closely with dedicated Client Relationship Managers, you will develop individual Client Action Plans and measure and monitor the firm's performance, through the review of post-matter reviews and ad-hoc surveys. The roleholder will also develop 'working protocol’ documentation setting out important information about individual client requirements, ensuring these are communicated to the firm, and will report on and maintain clear and up-to-date records of contracted proposalsin relation to added value and social value.
