**Calificaciones**:

- Licenciatura en Tecnología de la Información, Ciencias de la Computación o un campo relacionado.
- Experiência comprobada en soporte de TI, especialmente con ejecutivos de alto nível.
- Sólido conocimiento de sistemas informáticos, dispositivos móviles y otros productos tecnológicos.
- Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y proporcionar ayuda técnica paso a paso, tanto escrita como verbalmente.
- Capacidad demostrada para adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y aprender rápidamente.
- Disposición para viajar.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- **Soporte VIP**:

- Proporcionar soporte técnico de alta calidad a VIPs y ejecutivos senior.
- Ofrecer asistencia personalizada en sitio, incluyendo resolución de problemas, configuraciones de hardware y software, y mantenimiento proactivo.
- **Soporte de escritorio**:

- Realizar arreglos prácticos a nível de escritorio, incluyendo la instalación y actualización de software, instalación de hardware, implementación de copias de seguridad de archivos y configuración de sistemas y aplicaciones.
- Documentar procedimientos internos y crear guías para usuarios para ayudar en tareas diarias relacionadas con TI.
- Priorizar y gestionar múltiples casos abiertos a la vez para asegurar resoluciones oportunas que cumplan con los estándares de calidad.
- **Soporte de infraestructura**:

- Monitorear y mantener componentes de infraestructura de TI, incluyendo redes de área local, conectividad a Internet, sistemas de seguridad y otros sistemas relacionados.
- Asistir en la implementación de nuevas soluciones tecnológicas y proyectos en toda la organización.
- Apoyar el mantenimiento de servidores, conmutadores, enrutadores y otros componentes críticos de infraestructura.
