Would you like the opportunity to earn a basic salary of £18,000 whilst working towards a level 3 qualification? If the answer is yes, then we have a Sales Support Apprentice vacancy available at our SEAT Carlisle dealership that might be just what you are looking for.

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week.

You will be required to meet and greet all customers on arrival to the showroom and ensure that their time at the showroom is an exceptional and enjoyable experience. You will fully understand both the manufacturers and Vertu’s policies and procedures, in order to manage and process customer orders and paperwork. You will also be required to capture and record customer details on appropriate systems.

You will maintain the highest standard of presentation within the dealership, ensuring the organisation of the pitch and showroom displays are of a high standard. There is a requirement to replenish stocks of brochures/ tea and coffee facilities etc. and cover the reception phones.

We are currently searching for people who are either looking to retrain with a company who will invest in their development or, for someone looking to kick start their career with a company that rewards hard work, drive and ambition. You will ideally have some Customer Service experience and have great attention to detail. You willa also require a full driving licence.
