The role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated People Advisor who can promote Enfield Brewery on its path to excellence and establish a best-in-class people contact model for the UK Supply team. You will have the opportunity to influence and implement ambitious people plans, and projects and gain experience working as part of a senior leadership team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support People Business Partners in day-to-day operations, ensuring process flows are followed, systems are updated, and evidence of compliance is available for audits.- Serve as the main contact for employee-related topics on-site.- Drive execution of the People Cycle and manage administration processes for new starters, leavers, and internal changes.- Champion people processes across the brewery and resolve employee relation issues. Additionally, responsible for managing people administrative processes, ensuring compliance with local legal standards, and leading projects linked to the Country People Agenda.- Analyze data and reports on KPIs and metrics related to people topics and the People Contact Model to transform our contact model and processes.

Who we’re looking for:
- Educational or professional experience within People (HR) functions - Preferred- Good knowledge of UK labour law and HR practices/processes - Preferred- Strong knowledge of MS Office- Curious and eager to learn- Organized with an eye for detail and results-driven- Solution-oriented and adept at simplifying operations- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
