**Please note: Location will be allocated to successful applicants to cover Enfield, Barking & Havering, Newham & Waltham Forest**

Essential Job Duties:

- To provide intensive job searching support by engaging with local employers and employer networks to generate suitable vacancies for participants; ensuring to work in partnership with Account Management Team for local labour market intelligence.
- To assess participant needs to gaining employment and work closely with the Keyworker Team to address barriers and/or wellbeing needs identified
- Support in any recruitment selection activity on behalf of local employers for sustainable and quality jobs
- To work closely with eh keyworkers to work with participants that fall out of work and secure a sub job as soon as possible.
- To continue to track participants’ progress for a period of time once they have successfully gained employment.
- To meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets as set by the Line Manager.
- To ensure contract compliance by accurate data entry, completion of contractual and internal documentation and/or provider guidance.

Education and Experience Requirements:
**Essential**:

- Experience of Case Management and guiding customers through a journey.
- Experience of Coaching and Motivating individuals and moving people into work.
- Possess a level of familiarity with the recruitment lifecycle and a good knowledge of the local labour market.
- Experience of working to structured targets and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of communication and learning styles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, specifically around listening, questioning and building relationships.
- Influencing skills that promote commitment and action.
- Customer focused with a strong commitment to customer care
- Possess strong IT skills and confidence in use of digital tools.
- Numeracy and literacy skills to facilitate management reporting
- Strong team player with a positive and flexible approach to both work and colleagues.
- Creative problem solving skills and a positive approach to challenging and overcoming limiting beliefs.
- Ability to plan and organise workload to meet required targets and deadlines.
- Produce work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

**Desirable**:

- Demonstrable experience of working in a role where sales, promotional or influencing skills are required
- A Welfare to Work Sector specific qualification e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Employment Related Services
