**Purpose of the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the work of AUKE. As Human Resource Business Administrator / Advisor, you will provide, administration, advice and HR systems support to the senior, and wider, management group. You will lead on the development and maintenance of HR services for a staff cohort of over 60 employees. You will be responsible for devising and installing HR monitoring and recording systems and will be the organisational HR lead, supporting senior managers and trustees.

Part-time - 21 hours per week.

**Renumeration and benefits**

**Salary range** - £31,000 - £36,500 (pro-rata)

**Pension** - Auto-enrolment scheme with 3% employer contribution, minimum 5% employee contribution from 3 months after commencement of employment

**Holidays** - 25 days per annum plus Public Holidays (pro rata)

**Sick Pay** - After probationary period, 20 days full pay and 20 days half pay within any 12 month rolling period. Within probationary period - SSP only. (pro rata)
