We are delighted to announce **Macklin Motors Toyota Ayr **will be opening a new state-of-the-art showroom in August, 2024.

Macklin Motors is expanding it’s Scottish presence to the southwest coast and is opening a Toyota dealership in Ayr. We are now looking to develop and grow this business in this first-class location that will serve the wider community.

We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and are offering a basic salary of £27,500 with an OTE of £30,000, plus company benefits.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn’t just about providing a service - its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.

For this role, we are looking for you to have a previous customer facing service experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.

Previous experience within the role would be beneficial but is not essential.
