**Service Advisor**

Here at **Andrew Dodds Autocare** we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to come and join our team.

We are offering a £27500 basic salary with an OTE of £32000.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most important roles in our organisation. Customer service isn't just about providing a service - its about building warm and trusted relationships. The Service Advisor acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction levels are maintained to a high standard.

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service and/or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.

For this role you must have previous customer facing service experience within the motor industry. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work in fast paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.

**Essential Skills**
- Driving Licence
- Experience in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel etc.)
- Experience in Garage Management Software

**Salary**: £27,500.00-£32,000.00 per year
