**JOB SPECIFICATION**
An opportunity has arisen within a growing orthopaedic supplies company, who offer innovative products and services within the orthopaedic field. The nature of the business demands the highest levels of accountability and professionalism as what we deliver changes people’s lives.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, duties will include: Booking in and out of stock both physically and digitally, helping manage orthopaedic loan kits, stock management including stock rotation and audits, liaising with couriers, chasing deliveries, dealing with sales requests, placing sales orders, tracking sales orders, supporting the Operations Manager & the wider team where required.

**APPLICANT SPECIFICATION**
- Must have great attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting errors.
- Be an extremely organised individual.
- Have an awareness of internal systems.
- IT literate.
- Administrative, preparation, planning and organisational skills.
- Have an understanding of customer service and its importance.
- Experience in following procedures as well as improving and developing existing procedures.
- Accountable, responsible and must fit the company culture.
**Salary: £22,000 per annum.**
**Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.**
**28 days holiday per year, including bank holidays.**
**6% Company pension.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
