**The Role**:
You will join a close-knit and down-to-earth Corporate team as a Senior Associate.

You will play a lead role in transactions, focusing on M&A work for high-profile, national clients across sectors such as retail, sports, and finance.
As a senior team member, you will play a vital role in the team's ongoing growth, by nurturing existing client relationships, getting involved in new business development, and mentoring/supporting junior lawyers.

- As a guide, this role would suit a Corporate Lawyer with 5 years PQE
- Experience leading on M&A deals is essential
