**Admin Manager**

**Salary £25,000 + bonus**

**An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our clients for an Admin Manager to join their team**

This is an opportunity to join a highly successful business, where you will be overseeing the day-to-day admin operations, ensuring the work is covered respectively and all procedures are followed. You will be responsible for administering the correct dutiesto the correct staff, ensuring full cover is available. This opportunity also involves some HR responsibilities such as 1-2-1's, conducting performance reviews and running regular team meetings.

As an Admin Manager, you will have:

- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Good IT skills including a good understanding of Microsoft Office and Gmail
- Good presentation skills
- Strong proven communication skills
- Proven supervisory/ Management experience
- Experience in training other colleagues
- Good eye for detail with a high level of accuracy
- Strong commitment to delivering customer excellence
- Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload
- Proven ability to work with diverse groups of people
- Ability to work within a team environment
