By constructing pre-panelised frames at our Trent facility in Nottingham, combined with the benefit of pre-cast concrete frame units, we can deliver obvious improvement on our clients construction programmes. Our fully trained and accomplished site teams and installers are all employed in-house, offering superior quality control.

Due to continous growth we are searching for an Office/Admin person to support our factory in Leeds.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to be able to collate and present information and data
- Ability to manage and prioritise workloads
- Responsibilities:

- Assist in the day-to-day activities of the business.
- Admin Support for multiple businesses within the group
- Commercial administration
- Tracking unit production/deliveries
- Maintaining numerous schedules
- Document control
- Weekly reporting
- General Administration
- Ad-hoc duties where required
