Would you like to work as part of a passionate team, working to support children, young people, and their families? We are a child psychology service who mainly work with children who have been adopted and their families. We also work with children and young people with autism, and offer assessment and ongoing therapeutic intervention. We are based in offices in a beautiful setting in Rugeley, Staffordshire.

We are looking for a highly organised administrator to support with the organisation of our family psychology part of the service. The role will involve liaising with families and other professionals in order to deliver a high standard of service. It will also involve administrative tasks such as invoicing, keeping track of service processes via spreadsheets, managing clinician's diaries, and some HR based tasks.

Skills required:

- A high level of organisational skills
- Professional manner and ability to build good working relationships with families and professionals
- Good IT skills and previous experience of using Google Suite and spreadsheets is desirable
- An ability to demonstrate a good attention to detail, reliably check and record information and be able to self-check completed work
- An ability to multitask, prioritise and manage own workload.
- Show initiative and actively seek solutions to problems.
- Diary management for multiple clinicians.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
