**Natural Nurture is a 40 place, Ofsted Outstanding independent nursery in Billingshurst, West Sussex. It is an innovative outdoor nursery on a fully working farm, situated in 33 acres of farmland and woodland where children spend more than 90% of their time outdoors. We are seeking creative and enthusiastic practitioners who share our passion for the great outdoors. The position is for term time, with 2 weeks over the summer holidays (40 weeks) with the option to work additional weeks in our summer holiday clubs.**

**We have one full time position available (up to 40 hours a week) with salary ranging from £10 to £11.50 per hour depending on experience.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Care of children - all aspects of health and safety and welfare**:

- **Planning and Development - to have an understanding of current Early Years regulations including EYFS, Every Child Matters and key policies**:

- **Confidence to communicate effectively with parents, staff and management**:

- **To ensure that all aspects of each individual child’s learning and development is met**:

- **To actively promote and support the safeguarding of children and young people in the workplace, ensuring setting policies and procedures are observed at all times**:

- **To be flexible within the working practices of the setting, and be prepared to help where needed with certain domestic jobs**:

- **Ability to work independently, using your own initiative**:

- **Excellent communication skills and able to work effectively in a team**

**Qualifications**:

- **Relevant Level 3 Qualification eg. Level 3 Certificate for the Children and Young People’s Workforce, NVQ Level 3 in Childrens Care, Learning and Development or equivalent**:

- **GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above**:

- **Willingness to participate in other development and training opportunities**
