**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or answering their inquiries.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- **Sales Support**:

- Process transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Assist customers with product selection and offer upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and effectively communicate them to customers.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store floor, shelves, and displays.
- Restock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Assist in receiving and checking merchandise deliveries, including verifying quantities and quality.
- **Assistance with Merchandising**:

- Assist in setting up product displays and seasonal promotions according to company guidelines.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure outdated items are removed from shelves.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding customer feedback, inventory levels, and any operational issues.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise, as well as stand for extended periods.
- Full UK drivers license is REQUIRED.
