**Location: The Harley Street Clinic**

**Salary Range: Competitive Depending on the Experince **upon skills and experience

**Working Pattern**: Bank 15 Hours per Week

Endometriosis MDT every third Thursday of the month 18:00-19:00pM/Friday 08:15-09:00am.

As an MDT Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective co-ordination of MDT services for site specific multidisciplinary teams primarily in respect of meetings, outcomes, relevant targets and datasets/audits. MDT Coordinatorwill provide dedicated administrative support to ensure the MDT work together to provide high quality care for patients.
- Co-ordinate and facilitate the function of MDT meetings.
- Ensure the list of patients to be discussed at the MDT meetings are prepared and distributed to the team members well in advance of the meeting.
- Ensure all correspondence, notes, imaging and results etc are available for all meetings.
- Ensure all patients identified are discussed/noted against the local standards.
- Ensure all members or their deputy are advised of meetings and any changes of dates/times/venues.
- Establish effective communication networks with clinicians and other members of the MDT and actively participate in development and change to any systems.
- Co-ordinate operational MDT reviews with clinicians and clinical nurse specialists, attend meetings, record discussions, decisions and updates, type report appropriately and distribute.
- Under the direction of the MDT Lead assist with provision of data to meet Organisational standards.

**Ideally, we are looking for someone who has;
- Previous knowledge and experience in the hospitality, service or healthcare industry would be advantageous
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Computer literate with proven experience of Microsoft Office and experience of information systems
