**Talent Acquisition Specialist - Retail**

Location : Office based role in Weybridge

This is a permanent position.

**Main activities**:

- To be the Retail recruiter for all operational retail vacancies such as store managers, customer service assistants etc
- Utilising our recruitment tools and resources to support the business in finding new talent
- Providing recruitment advice and solutions to support our hiring managers
- Supporting with shortlisting, pre-screening, and interviewing
- Overseeing all job advertisements and decision making on advert campaigns, budgets, and job boards
- Participating in recruitment marketing events such as careers fairs & assessment centres for volume hiring
- Overseeing new store openings, ensuring we are fully hired in time for opening dates
- Conducting right to work checks & issuing contracts for all new starters

**Skills required**
- Experience of running end to end recruitment for retail roles
- Knowledge of Fuel Convenience retailing an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders across the business
- Organisational and administrative skills
- Proficient user of MS Office with prior experience of using an ATS and Job Boards
- UK Driving Licence preferred - Occasional travel within the UK is required

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
