**The Role**

Are you interested in caring for people in a 24 hour supported living environment and enabling them to live independently?

We are looking to extend our team of Home Care Assistants at Hafan Cefni, Llangefni.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Caring, hardworking, reliable, committed, enthusiastic.
- Previous experience preferred

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Assisting clients with care such as washing and maintaining personal hygiene standards.
- Preparing and serving healthy, nutritious meals.
- Managing medication.

**Shifts**

Must be able to manage the following shifts:

- 7am - 1pm
- 7am - 3pm
- 3pm - 8pm
- 3pm - 10pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
