**Why is this role important and how does it fit into the team, department and wider firm?**

We’re looking for a highly motivated and people focused Business Change Lead to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Business Change Lead (and working closely with the project management, continuous improvement and IT training teams) this role will take ownership for leading change projects and initiatives across the business, helping to build our capability and maturity by working with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of new ways of working, systems, processes and technologies.

**What does the role actually involve?**
- Building strong relationships at all levels of the business and growing advocacy for change
- Working with senior stakeholders to help define the vision of change
- Develop change strategies and plans aligned to our Business Change framework
- Conduct impact assessments to understand the effects of change on the business
- Manage the implementation and delivery of change on projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with comms and training plans
- Ensure that changes are successfully accepted and adopted by the business
- Identify any issues and risks to adoption and help mitigate them
- Map and monitor the benefits of changes to ensure they are realised
- Be an ambassador of the change management agenda across the business

**What technical skills are required for someone to be successful and enjoy the role?**
- Experience of delivering change (desirable)
- Experience of working within the professional services sector (desirable)
- Change management qualifications (desirable)
- Excellent IT skills with good understanding and experience of using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (essential)
