Main Role:
To manage all aspects of Property Management and Service Charge preparation. Monitoring through to the proprietors/tenant communication and annual reporting/AGM attendance.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Service Charge Budget Preparations/Monitoring Reconciliation
- Communicating with Proprietors/Tenant and attend meetings
- Preparing annual reports
- Tendering of Contracts
- Drafting and updating emergency plans and evacuation procedures
- Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems
- Site level collation of tenant monthly billing information
- Overseeing contractors and inspecting and sign off of completed works
- Scheduling contractors and supervising
- Resolving complaints, problems, requests from building tenants and proprietors
- Inspecting buildings & sites frequently and compiling monthly reports
- CAFM Reconciliation for FM operations/overview
- Familiar with Health and Safety documentation.

Skills/Qualifications
- To assist in the provision of a full property maintenance service, including contract procurement, cost/budget control.
- You will have a knowledge and understanding of Service charge charges/ monitoring & reconciliations, contract administration and defect analysis.
- You will be able to think clearly and logically and have a positive attitude to participate teamwork.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
