Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
- Hospitality mindset, with a focus on creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with other staff members to provide exceptional service
- Basic math skills for accurately calculating bills, handling cash, and making change

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
