Due to continued growth, we are searching for an experienced, confident, customer focused and hardworking Customer Service Administrator to undertake varied tasks across the business.

You will be confident in delivering information and have a pro-active mindset to help the business.

Ideally you will have been in a similar role before and have a high attention to detail, very organised approach to your work and dealt with incoming/outgoing calls to and from customers.

**Job responsibilities**
- Answering incoming calls, dealing with customer enquiries, and solving problems
- Making outbound calls, including calling customers to schedule appointments
- Processing paperwork and other administrative duties to support the business where needed
- Support other departments with any ad hoc tasks/duties when required

**Skills Required**:

- IT literate with an ability to pick up things quickly
- Hard working and motivated
- Able to work on own initiative as well as working as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Job information**

Job Type Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000 - £24,000 based on experience

Hours: Shifts between the hours of 8.00am
- 5.30pm Monday to Friday
