**Job Title: Payment Operations Production Support**

**Role Description**:
Day to day responsibilities will include resolving payment queries and interacting with products and systems (including the GBS/ARIES test system). The role includes front line production support partnering closely with our technology partners, often resulting in the team playing a key role in problem diagnosis and recovery. This is a great opportunity to understand how the products and systems connect and the mechanics which go on behind transactions. The role is diverse and will offer continuous learning given the breadth of the payments business and ever evolving landscape. The role will involve bank holiday working and covers 3 shifts, 8:00 - 16:00 with the latest being 9:30 - 17:30.
- Managing a team of 6 people
- Provide production support to Payment Operations, Servicing and Fulfilment, Product, Sales and Technology.
- Responsible for day to day resolution of complex referrals, including problem diagnosis and recovery actions.
- Shadowing/Supporting incident triage and partnering with Technology.
