**Job Title: Operations Project Consultant**

**Role Description**:

- Providing operational consultancy across GTS/GPO projects and initiatives.
- Defining business requirements, reviewing, and approving technology design, guiding testers, and supporting production rollout and production incidents (as required).
- Producing documentation on functional flows.
- Working closely with Change Management, Technology, Product, and other departments.
- Following the Agile methodology.
- Consulting on market and industry change.

**The Team**:
The Payment Support Team are a global team which provides consultancy coverage across regulatory, business enablement, risk, technology, and operational projects for Global Payment Operations.

The team is currently made up of 10 associates primarily focusing on projects which impact EMEA region, however due to the ever-changing industry there are opportunities for the individual to support global projects. On the job training will be delivered in addition to the individual having other resources available to them which will help to reinforce the individuals learning/development.

**Core Skills**:

- Strong payments background across EMEA region.
- Project experience.
- Analytical.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to create and deliver strong business results.
- Knowledge of both GBS and GPP systems
- Understanding of ISO XML
