HR Administrator

This is a fantastic learning opportunity, supporting the team with all administrative duties, playing a key role in coordinating the on-boarding process and assisting with interesting projects.
The main duties will involve:
- Providing proactive, efficient administrative support across a range of HR matters
- Working closely with the recruitment team coordinating and ensuring an efficient on-boarding process; carrying out DBS/ Right to Work checks, obtaining references, planning inductions.
- Dealing with HR team inbox, escalating queries when necessary to more senior members of the team.
- Inputting data accurately into the HR system, producing data reports as required.
- Processing staff benefits such as private medical insurance etc
- Assisting with the administration of HR processes for example, family leave, contractual changes and leavers.
- Working in a team to identify and implement improvements to HR processes
- Providing administrative support on key HR projects and cyclical processes such as the annual salary review and appraisal process.
- Maintaining an efficient, accurate electronic filing and archiving system that complies with GDPR requirements.
- Arranging ad-hoc meetings and appointments.
- Administration experience from within a professional services environment. Previous HR experience is desirable.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with technical knowledge of formatting documents.
- Organised approach, an ability to multitask and prioritise own workload effectively.
- Able to work as a team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Quality and customer service driven, with attention to detail.
- A collaborative with a flexible approach.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
