**A little bit about what we are looking for...**
To help and support the Chief Executive in discharging their responsibilities. Involving regular travel to PA Offices and communities across the organisations stock portfolio.

Delivers day to day operational activity focused on internal and external customer management. A leader of the future you will focus on outstanding operational performance constantly seeking improvement. You will role model best behaviours ensuring open and honest interaction with colleagues, residents, and teams to develop trust and challenge when things aren’t right.

We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training. It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too

**Your responsibilities...**
- The role will suit a self-starter who can operate in an environment of uncertainty where immediate priorities can change quickly.
- In parallel with this is the need to maintain a focus on longer term priorities and transformation plans.
- Strong awareness of deadlines and activities to effectively coordinate the completion of activities to drive effective delivery
- Working on your own initiative to, where possible, pre-empt the Chief Executive’s needs.
- Manage and control any budgets assigned to you, in accordance with agreed procedures including periodic negotiation of supplier contracts.
- To maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality.

- Current full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with colleagues, suppliers, and clients
- Acute attention to detail.
- Able to act with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality, and deal with sensitive issues
