An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Position Management and Organisation Data Quality Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join our Group Business Services (GBS) People Services team.

This global team work in close collaboration with the Rolls-Royce Group businesses to adopt new processes impacting the sustainable management of position creation and control of headcount.

Working with regional data holders on a global basis, you will be accountable for improving the quality of Rolls-Royce Group organisational data across a number of key people data fields. You will also maintaining a robust and sustainable process to manage the review and approval of new positions.

The nature of the role also entails responding to customer queries. You will consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner with excellent attention to detail, customer focus and satisfaction to enable accurate process administration within SLAs and Workday process clarity.

It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.

What you will be doing:

- Support global and regional data owners, data stewards and SME's for data standardisation, cleansing, and data migration activities.
- Support business requirements for reporting, and influence business self-service where possible to encourage sustainable management of organisation data quality.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance and audit of organisation data quality to facilitate strategic decision making.
- Responsible for the global data integrity reporting for businesses to demonstrate improvement and sustainability.
- Maintain clear data governance processes, and data roles ensuing data accountabilities and responsibilities are clear.
- Maintenance of global data taxonomy with clear definitions, sources and roles.
- Establish and maintain on-going Data Management activities that will meet the needs of the business.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through identification of recurring queries/new processes/automation/standardisation to simplify, and enhance policies, processes and technologies.

- Knowledge of Workday with intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with relevant HR-IS processes, data quality processes and People data analytics.
- Ability to analyse and evaluate data and solve problems systematically with logic.
- Highly organised, able to manage workflow/projects on a daily basis to achieve stretching targets.
- Ability to prioritise and meet demanding deadlines and timescales in a fast-moving environment.
- Project management experience.
