Job Title: Quality Control Operations Manager

About the Role:
HelloFresh, a leading meal-kit company in the UK, seeks an experienced Quality Control Operations Manager to lead our quality control team. This role is ideal for individuals with leadership experience in quality control or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:
As a Quality Control Operations Manager, you will oversee the quality control process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will also lead a team of auditors, manage data collection, conduct root cause analyses, and facilitate cross-training. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to address issues and maintain high-quality standards.

What You Will Achieve:
- Lead a motivated team of quality control auditors to achieve impeccable packing standards.
- Maintain a well-organised workspace to promote productivity and consistent quality standards.
- Oversee data collection on rejects to aid in performance tracking and improvement.
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses to identify and address issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.

Your Background:
We are looking for an experienced leader who has worked in quality control or manufacturing environments. You should have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and driving improvements, are essential.

Location and Shifts:
The role is based at The Windmill, 1 Holme Lane, Spondon, Derby, DE21 7HW. We offer a hybrid working policy for eligible roles, allowing flexibility to work from home and in the office. The shift pattern includes Sunday - Wednesday 7-7 rotating 3 months of day shifts to 3 months night shifts, and Wednesday - Saturday 7-7 rotating 3 months of day shifts to 3 months night shifts.
