**Front of House - Weekends**

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front of House team member to join our contemporary cosmetic dental practice on a weekend. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

We are looking for exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients with a warm and friendly manor.
- Verify patient information and contact details.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
- Ensure patients feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout their visit.
- Coordinate with dental staff to communicate patient needs and appointment changes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the front office and waiting area.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with previous experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in a medical or dental setting is highly desirable but not essential.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
