**Working pattern -**37.5 hours per week

**Salary -**£27,242.00 to increase to **£30,986.00 from April 2023**with two yearly increments

**Location -**Office based - with an expectation to travel to any of Together Trust services across the Northwest (Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Merseyside)

As a **Learning & Development Advisor** you will be responsible for the delivery of training across the organisation, as well as maintaining training compliance within an assigned area.You will also advise individuals on learning appropriateto their development goals and developing leadership capabilities to promote and encourage learning across services areas.

**We are** looking for someone with significant experience in designing, delivering and evaluating training events with a demonstrable ability to establish effective working relationships with managers, staff, and external partners.

Do you have an understanding of the importance of adhering to organisational policies and procedures, legal and ethical requirements?

This is a challenging and strategic role, which is best suited to an experienced L&D professional looking to have a direct impact on the development of our colleagues and who is looking for a step up into a more challenging Learning and Development position.
