Customer Service Advisor - Southern Water

Location: Working hours will be split between our office (Dearne Valley - Capita House Park) and home

**Salary**: £20,663per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week.

Shifts scheduled within the operating hours below

Monday - Friday 7am - 11pm

Saturday - Sunday 7:30am - 22:30pm

**Job title**:
Customer Service Advisor - Southern Water

As part of our Southern Water Team, you will support their customers with a wide range of high priority enquires. Customers may be experiencing instances of no water, a drop in pressure or in extreme circumstances, flooding in their homes. You will be the person they turn to in their hour of need. Option to join our ‘out of hours’ standby roster for enhanced month pay and overtime rates
