We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team at Brownsover Medical Centre (Rugby) part-time, across one or two days.

As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients across a variety of settings. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with complex health needs. This role requires advanced clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously within your scope of practice.

**The Role**

Our approach is focused on delivering brilliant care over the telephone, online and during face-to-face consultations.

Duties will include:

- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Perform advanced clinical procedures including medication administration
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care measures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
