**Salary - £27k -£30k p/a, DOE**(Bonus scheme)

The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently searching for an experienced Development and Office Manager, to join a well-established successful, growing team in the Maidstone area.

**Development and Office Manager Main Responsibilities**:

- Review and recommend possible sites for development in timely manner.
- Liaise with appointed agents to work through negotiations on new locations.
- Liaise with Leasing team in the London office to get locations approved and into legals.
- Drive the remodel program
- Develop new stores
- Manage the store design and construction process, working closely with approved contractors.
- Complete approval package for new stores.
- Complete site reviews where appropriate
- Complete all new franchise sales paperwork
- Complete all transfer requests
- Provide direction to franchisees on rent reviews, dilapidations, break dates and other property related issues
- Work towards successfully completing the office development goals
- Submit weekly activity calendars to the BD
- Follow up with HQ, landlords and franchisees in order to expedite lease negations and renewals
- Work with the Operations Manager to communicate upcoming store opening and transfers.
- Update the location progress report and leads database weekly
- Organise and hold Open days every month
- Coach franchisees in their next steps in achieving their development goals.
- Attend Management meeting when requested to provide updates to Management
- Active participation in all major office events such as Franchisee Meetings and Holiday Party
- Work with BD to approve all store designs
- Work with the Operations Manager to ensure the successful opening of all new stores.
- Post on social media on weekly basis
- Deal efficiently and effectively with customer complaints for the Kent & Surrey territory in liaison with franchisees and the customer services department.

**Development and Office Manager Experience required**:

- Driving Licence and own car
- Sales experience
- Social Media knowledge
- Educated to Degree Level
- Knowledge of the territory of Kent and Surrey
