Information Management Officer

Service Care Solutions are looking for an Information Management Officer to work within the Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency on a 6-Month contract.
**Location**: Hybrid (Nottingham, Bristol, Swansea, Leeds, and Newcastle - once/twice a week in office).
**Job requirements**:
As an Information and Knowledge Management (IKM) practitioner you will develop capability in IKM and Electronic Working Practices in accordance with policy and guidance. Mentor staff to develop IKM skills and competencies.
The role helps develop and deliver information management, security and data protection training to all staff and more specialist training to those who handle personal or sensitive data.
The role also helps manage information security incidents, as well as revising supporting policies and procedures.
**Skills required**:
- Work on own initiative/confident.
- Data Protection and Security background/experience.
- Stakeholder Management - can communicate effectively at all levels.
**Qualifications/Experience required**:
- Ideally will have a data protection qualification (practitioner course/certificate).
- Previous roles in Data protection and security.
- Communication at all levels, using various means.
