We are looking for not only a great Junior CRM Administrator (Technical) but most importantly someone who shares our ethos.
**Duties include**:
- Be part of a team understanding and developing business requirements with the project team.
- Configuring software systems, writing, testing and deploying automation scripts.
- Building and deploying key business reports for customers based on system data.
- Migrate data from legacy database systems
- Ensure client success via training and walkthroughs
- Build API integrations with multiple products
- Creating good written and video documentation for both internal and external use
- Working within an agile environment
- Excellent ability to keep record of time for projects
**Technical knowledge needed**:
- Understanding of Agile development
- Some SQL knowledge
- Javascript, PHP or another programming language
- A good level of written and spoken English.
- Demonstrate the importance of attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong understanding of REST API
- Naturally have a proactive approach to solving issues
- Driven to learn new solutions within the Zoho ecosystem with new products and features
**Desirable**
- SaaS experience
- 1-2 years’ experience as a CRM Administrator
- Experience with CRM coding e.g., Zoho Deluge or Salesforce Apex
- Experience working with webhooks, and JSON formatted data
- Experience using BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Zoho Analytics
- API building/testing experience
- Good understanding of SQL

**You’ll also need**:
- To be happy in a hybrid role spending time in development, configuration and supporting clients
- Demonstrate the ability to explain concepts and problems in a simple and clear manner.
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn new skills
- Good problem-solving skills for support, functions and APIs
- **Be based within a 30 min commute from Hastings and able to commute to Hastings min 2 days per week**
