Job summary

The Fundraising Administrator will play a vital role in supporting our small and dynamic fundraising team. This position involves managing donor relationships through our CRM, Raisers Edge, and assisting in various fundraising events and activities.

Main duties of the job

Donor Relationship Management: Utilize Raisers Edge CRM to record and manage donor information effectively. Donor stewardship and support: Provide support to donors through email and phone, addressing their queries with professionalism Event Assistance: Help organize and run fundraising events, ensuring they operate smoothly. Community Engagement: Represent the charity in the local community, fostering relationships and promoting our cause. Donor Correspondence: Write creative thank-you letters and other correspondence to donors, maintaining a tone of gratitude and professionalism. Flexible Working Hours: Willing to work out of hours as required, including evenings and weekends for events or donor meetings. Travel Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and access to a car for travel to various event locations and community meetings.
