We began trading online in 2009 allowing us to expand both our product range and customer base, delivering our luxury products and excellent customer service to homes and business throughout the UK and overseas. An exciting ecommerce assistant role has arisen within our team.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist with new product launches, creating content and updating imagery
- Maintaining and updating 2 websites - Chapelinteriors.co.uk and Nextdaypaint.co.uk
- Proactively ensure that the websites are free of snags and issues, making suggestions for improved user experience and drive process to prevent issues
- Creating engaging written and visual content
- Working with the team to improve traffic and optimise conversion
- Experience with ecommerce sites and SEO
- Attention to detail
- Creative with the ability to produce engaging content
- Experience with Excel and the Adobe suite is essential. Experience with Shopify would be advantageous
- Good communicator / friendly and empathetic
- Highly organized and able to work in a busy retail environment
- Team player
- willing to help out in other areas of the business
- Eager to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
