Workshop Operative

Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Assemble components according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Fabricate parts using hand tools and power tools
- Operate machinery and equipment to perform tasks efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in assembly, fabrication, preferred but not essential.
- Full training will be provided.**Skills**:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks
**Salary**: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
