**Care Home Facilities Coordinator.**
**Contract Type: Permanent**:
- Full Time
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week
**Location**: Bristol & Bath
**Salary**:£13.00 per hour

- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Oversee staff on a daily basis
- Audit cleanliness of the homes by checking the quality of cleaning in rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas.
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, hygiene standards and green energy saving measures.
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
- Carry out regular servicing and testing of equipment as required by government legislation
- Monitor and replenish cleaning product stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves etc.
.Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
**Required Skills, Abilities and Experience**:
- Enthusiasm and Energy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to make decisions and prioritise workload
- Experience working as a housekeeper supervisor, housekeeper or similar role
.** Full UK Driving Licence and car essential.**
