Marketing Assistant

This is a hybrid role requiring 40 hours per week with a minimum of 3 days in the office in Bicester per week. More days may be required in the office dependent on activity.

Duties of the role:

- Assist the marketing team in utilising social media and managing the online community.
- Collaborating and liaising with colleagues based in the UK and globally.
- Working with provided resources to create marketing materials including display banners, brochures, images for wholesale and social media content including gifs.
- Manage the dispatch and ordering of sample stocks, meeting deadlines and packing parcels.
- Compile the results of brand tracking data, market and competitor reports to provide required information on developing campaigns.
- Support the team by completing adhoc tasks.

You must:

- Demonstrate excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Understand and keep up with social media trends and activity.
- Be confident in your abilities and able to liaise with all levels of stakeholder.
- Work well in a team, supporting colleagues and getting involved in all activities to meet deadlines.
- Display a “can-do” attitude with a desire to get involved and complete tasks.
- Hold basic computer skills with Microsoft Office packages.

This position offers £20,000- £22,000 per annum dependent on experience and would be a great opportunity for someone looking to enter Marketing as experience would be beneficial but is not required.

Additionally, office-based experience would be advantageous.
