We are seeking an enthusiastic marketing coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team. As a marketing coordinator, reporting into the Senior Marketing Executive, you will be an adaptable and detail-orientated individual who will play a key role in supporting the development of our digital marketing strategy, brand development and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven recommendations to improve various channels, including our website, paid advertising and social media.
You will also be required to take a proactive and collaborative approach to working with other marketing professionals and various internal stakeholders on a variety of exciting projects, ensuring the Valda brand message is consistent and effective.

Key Responsibilities- Support in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, paid advertising and email campaigns
- Conduct thorough keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and boost organic traffic
- Monitor analytics and create reports to detail successes and failures of the performance of digital marketing channels and provide ongoing recommendations for improvement
- Regularly update and refine website content to ensure it remains current, relevant, and aligned with marketing objectives
- Using Canva, create and distribute marketing assets, including graphics and templates that are consistent with the Valda brand
To succeed in this role, you will need to have good analytical skills as well as a firm grasp and up to date knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Joining a small team, we need a team player who also has the initiative to work independently to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the original brief. We are looking for:
- At least 1 year experience in a marketing role
- A bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or related subject with a minimum of a 2:1 (desirable)
- Experience in digital paid advertising channels e.g Google Ads (desirable)
- knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suites and Mailchimp (desirable)
- Proficient in website CMS and email platform
- Comfortable working with analytics such as GA4
- Confident across Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Onedrive)
