The Marketing and Sales team are responsible for generating income for YTL Developments, whether that’s through presentations to potential industrial occupiers, tracking advertising spend and performance, or ensuring our sales centre’s operations run smoothly for new home sales, you will pick up all the little details that will allow the team to function most efficiently.

The Estates team are responsible for security, compliance and efficient operations of all YTL Developments’ assets. By supporting the Estates team, you will ensure all our systems run smoothly and efficiently, whether that is security, access control, enforcement of Health and Safety regulations or the vehicle fleet.

**About the role**

You will be central to the productive organisation of the team. Whether it is managing our budgeting and invoicing processes, processing planned maintenance reports managing supplies at our sales centre or coordinating planned maintenance across the estate, tracking access to the Airfield using our security systems, coordinating meetings, supporting our marketing evaluation, or delivering our marketing events. You will be the glue that binds the team together, looking after all the details so that we add up to more than the sum of our parts.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role will be as follows:

- Identifying suppliers and purchasing the stock needed to run the marketing and sales operations, ensuring items are delivered on time and budget
- Managing the annual approved budgeting tools to ensure expenditure and payments are tracked and accounted for
- Supporting the team to plan and organise events, from welcome drinks for residents to attendance at international industry conferences
- Supporting the team in managing the database of potential customers, co-ordinating content for marketing materials and managing the image and video content library
- Helping the team ensure compliance with marketing and data protection regulations and analysing the impact of marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on access to the Estate using Automatic Number Plate Recognition software
- Schedule company vehicle MOT’s and services, tax, fuel, insurance, and record keeping
- Diary management for the Director of the team

**About you**

We're looking for an organised, reliable, and diligent Administrator to play a crucial role in the expansion of our team and someone who is happy to turn their hand to whatever needs doing. This is a key role so it will be vital to build strong relationships with the team and with any external customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Accuracy and attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages with specifically strong Excel skills
