Business Administrator

Verso Pay have an exciting opportunity for a business administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent part time basis, due to continued growth. The role will be based on site within their office located in Kidderminster town centre, there will be some opportunity for flexible and hybrid working.
This role will be predominately administrative based with some elements of PA and customer service duties involved. It will run (include days/times they will work) Some of the responsibilities within the role will include;
- Providing office support including customer and employee support
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Interacting with clients on the phone
- Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors
- Invoicing
- Using spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending
- Collecting and inputting company data
- Collecting and sorting post
- Acting as a personal assistant to the executive team
- Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Other administrative duties as/when required
