**The Role**
This is an opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated GCL colleagues who deliver the highest level of expertise and service to our Clients.
This role would be suited to someone who has some property experience with knowledge of how leases are structured and who is keen to develop a career in property management and/or is looking to start or pursue a career as a property surveyor. If you have worked in residential, commercial or industrial property administration we would be delighted to hear from you.

**Job Specification**
- Lease Analysis
- Analysis, and due diligence, of commercial leases and occupancy agreements.
- Data entry of lease information into the property and project management software.
- Tenant Support
- Responding to initial queries from tenants regarding lease amendments.
- Assisting with credit control.
- Assisting the property management team with lease renewals, expiries and amendments.
- Liaising with the accounts team on tenant matters such as arrears, expiries, and renewals.
- Information Management
- Ensuring that tenant lease information is up to date at all times across all information platforms - Training will be given on all internal packages.
- Downloading monthly tenancy schedules for use by surveyors, accounts and clients.

- Office based experience
- Lease analysis experience
- Microsoft Office Packages
- Attention to detail and organisation
- Business writing and presentational abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in and across teams
- Demonstrated use of remote conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Teams
**Desirable**
- Experience of working within a real estate environment
- Commercial Lease analysis
**Package**
- Annual Leave_ - 20 days plus bank holidays plus office closure between Christmas and New Year.
- Progression_ - Support for additional qualifications and training along with an opportunity to grow the role and progress with the Company
