We are looking for Youth Workers who would like to get into education and gain some extra experience in a learning support role. Milk Education is currently working with a number of mainstream Secondary Schools in the borough of Manchester and the surroundingareas and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work in our schools as an LSA, working with pupils with challenging behaviour, barriers to learning and SEND.

We have varied roles that can be long term, short term, or day to day. This is an opportunity for you to work flexible days alongside other commitments or can also lead to a permanent position for the right person - we aim to fit your needs and what youare looking for.. it’s as simple as that

**This Role Includes**
- Supporting the class teacher
- Working with pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
- Working with children who have additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language
- Motivate, encourage and inspire children

**Required Skills And Experience**
- Experience working with children in the last 2 years (voluntary welcome)
- Enthusiastic and creative approach to supporting children
- Willingness to travel across the borough of Manchester
- Available immediately to start work
